Cleveland as gay, lesbian tourist destination

The Connie Shultz column for February 2, 2007, in the Cleveland Plain Dealer is right on the money. Unfortunately, it is too bad that we have to think with our pocketbooks in order to be fair and considerate of others.

This business promotion is the first step to tolerance, understanding, and acceptance of people as they are.

I am totally locked from any new posts until I switch to new blogger. I am glad I was active this morning before the door shut.

I have decided to wait for a week or two until the dust settles before I switch. I did manage to obtain an interesting email address to use with the google account which I will set up at the time of switching. (At least I think that is how it works).

Until then, if I have something to say I will do it as a comment.

Thanks for posting the link. I really missed Connie's articles while she was on the campaign trail... and I bet the PD missed her, too. She's a breath of (common sense, pull no punches) fresh air.

I too, missed Connie. Her columns are always insightful.

Here is another bit of Cleveland news.

The locally filmed movie "NightOwls of Coventry" by Cleveland Heights-based independent filmmaker and director Laura Paglin, about a restaurant on (where else) Coventry, is now available at Barnes and Noble and through NetFlix.

A search will produce reviews and other interesting facts about the movie and Ms. Paglin.

PS I was let back in to my blog for some reason, so posted the NightOwls news as a separate post.

Who knows what tomorrow will bring. I may be back in the comment section!
